Rental usage is as follows for all heavy equipment and lifts.

Hour overages will be charged an hourly rate or bumped to the next time period; whatever is the best value for the renter. Small tools are billed for 1 day, 1 week etc with no hour limit.

We’re happy to take reservations for equipment. You can check our online catalog for availability or call the store.

You’ll need some personal identification (usually a driver’s license) and a credit card for rentals. We require a credit card to be on file for all rentals, however you can make payment via etransfer or cash to the driver, ask us for details.

We offer a wide variety of attachments for heavy equipment, including: buckets, forks, auger drivers and bits, sweepers, breaker/hammers and grapples. View our online catalogue to view our full rental inventory.

We do not provide or certify anyone using our equipment, however we can suggest some courses if you are needing certification.

We are open Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm, and Saturdays by appointment. We are closed all statutory holidays. Please give us a call to arrange pick up of your equipment so you can be sure we are on site.

All rental equipment and tools should be in good working order and cleaned before return or pickup. Fuel is not included in your rental and your rental should be returned full. Please request a jerry can from us so you can easily refuel. Fuel charges will apply if not returned full.

The Damage Waiver protects both you and GA Equipment in the event that there is damage or theft of a machine that is beyond your control. This includes extreme weather damage (fire, flood, hurricanes) , damage resulting from accidental collision, theft and vandalism. It does NOT cover abuse or neglect of equipment, general mishandling, mechanical breakdowns, wear and tear, loss of use, equipment in transit, criminal acts or tires. All claims are subject to review and are approved on a case-by-case basis. Renters who wish to opt out of the Damage Waiver can do so by providing GA Equipment Inc with a Certificate of Insurance before the start of the rental. Please ask us for details if you would like this option. In all cases; we recommend a circle check with time stamped photos of the equipment before and after use.

The best way is to call our office and offrent with us. You can also leave us a message if it is after hours. Remember to let us know you are done or billing will continue until you let us know.

We can’t guarantee exact delivery times, but can give you a time window for delivery. Our main time windows are morning (7am to 10am), midday (10am to 2 pm) or afternoon (2 pm to 5pm). To ensure ‘first thing on site’ consider requesting the rental be delivered the day before to start first thing in the morning. We can often accommodate!
